Since 1963, Gracious Home New York has been a landmark for luxury living. This neighborhood institution for Manhattan’s Upper East Side elite was known for it’s tagline “Look No Further”, which exemplified it’s values of quality, assortment, and service.
After 55 years, two bankruptcies, and erroneous merchandising decisions which alienated loyal clientele, Gracious Home is now under new leadership and encouraging Manhattan metropolitanites to be Gracious once again.
Content marketing is key in reaffirming Gracious Home as the authority for luxury home goods in the eyes of interior designers and customers. This content must also support the retailers growing e-commerce presence and be tailored for organic search.
Be Gracious, Again
I designed a blog strategy and supporting social media campaign which featured helpful how to’s for stylish living as well as editorial pieces about interior design trends and industry news. A “Woman Made” series launched December, 2019, which celebrates the female artisans and entrepreneurs of vendor partners.
This content was designed to show Gracious Home was back and better – but not entirely different – than it was before. It once again inserted the well-known name into the tightly knit industry of home design and provided content to attract a whole new audience of customers shopping and viewing content online.
