A New Kind of Dream Kitchen

Each year, Cabinets To Go sponsors Discovery Network’s HGTV Dream Home. Though a great deal of this partnership’s value lies in the the run-of-network advertising, it comes with a previously unexplored perk – hosting an event in the Dream Home itself.

While working with Cabinets To Go, I also helped grow their influencer network. To this day, stores receive customer walk-ins who chose Cabinets To Go because they saw the product on social media.

Bringing the two worlds together, I designed a VIP influencer activation hosted by Cabinets To Go at the HGTV Dream Home. Not only was this a soiree for Instagrammers, it was partnered with an omni-channel campaign and lead-generation sweepstakes which generated 5,000 unique opt-ins.

I independently designed and executed this project. The scope of which included airline tickets, hotel stays, content fees, an amazing dinner for 15, and two open bars. I was able to organize this event for $19,00 less than originally quoted. Plus, I came in about $2,000 under budget.
